SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. Slide it toward the contacts to enable write, away from the contacts to protect.

CANT TAKE ANY PICTURES THE WORD WRITE PROTECT COMES ON THE SCREEN

Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Locked by the written word-WRITE PROTECTED, how can I remove this and delete this and use my camera

You didn't state the model of your camera so I'm assuming it uses SD cards.

There is a word write protect. then can't take a picture

Remove the memory card from the camera, look along the one edge for small switch, the switch that is furthest from the contacts is in the unlock position, "meaning the write protect is removed" but if the switch is towards the contacts it is in the locked position. Now! if you find it is in the unlocked position move it back and forth to clean the contacts several times. If that fails! replace the memory card.

When i try to take a pic, the words "WRITE PROTECT" appears on my screen & wont let me take a pic, can you tell me why this is?

Try to format your SD card on your computer, you should be able to uncheck the write protect option, in the format menu.
Hoping for a Windows-based computer, Start > My Computer > under "devices with removable storage" right click on your SD card, choose format, options should appear.
Hope this helps...

I cant get these words off camera screen that says internal memory is full

You need to delete pictures off your camera's internal memory. If you get a memory card then you will not fill it up so quickly and you wont get these words again.

SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

CARD LOCKED appears oo screen, camera wont work?

Does this camera take a memory card, separate from the built-in memory of the camera? If so, remove that memory card and look closely at all sides and edges, to make sure that there is not a read-only protection switch on it.
Many of these memory cards have tiny switches, sliders back and forth, that protect the memory from being erased.
If you slid that switch into the locked position without being aware that it is there, and without knowing that you did, then the error message makes sense.
Remove the memory card and look at it very carefully.
