Go into control panel , which you should be able to access from Start Menu. Click on Hardware and Sound. Click on Sound..adjust system volume. Check to see if computer system is enable, if yes make sure it's not on mute. If not adjust volume then try to play a audio/cd. If still no sound refer to manufacturer , it's possible you might need to reload audio drivers to make sure your computer is up to date.

My computer is not work I I hear humming sound

First you need to find out where the humming sound is coming from. More than likely it is your power supply, the CPU Fan or the Hard Drive. Once you know where the sound is coming from then you can find a fix for it. Open the case and power on the computer so you can see and hear where the humming is coming from.

Is your pc volume turned up, if so you say you had your pc fixed did they do an upgrade or anything like that if so then they may have altered your sound settings or not even installed the sound drivers.
first check that the sound is on and the speakers are plugged into the correct socketon the pc,
If this is ok then check to make sure your drivers are nstalled and using the sound card you have installed you will have to goto control panel then double click on the sound button check to make sure making sure your speakers are enabled, And check your properties you shouls see your sound card listed in the properties section.

I don't have a cordless mouse just a regular Logitech and it keeps kicking in and out, everytime it kicks out I hear a sound and then when I hear the same sound again the mouse is back working.

the wire is bad and youll need to replace the mouse. the sound you hear is the computer thinking your unpluging and pluging in the mouse. just replace the entire mouse, its cheaper than trying to fix

No sound coming from my computer but videos play

Check the volume setting and also check that to mute box has been unticked.
Also to test the audio connect a stereo headphone to the headphone outlet on the laptop to see if you can hear sounds.
If you don't hear any sounds - return it, it will be still under warranty.
