I've been calling several Konica Minolta 800 numbers, and have been told that the Di250 is listed as "obsolete". I'm trying to find out from their service people what code C0500 means, so that I can look for the necessary parts on e-bay or elsewhere - so far, no call back. Can you possibly tell me what the problem is, and or where to find parts for the machine? We have it at home (formerly in my company's office), so we are extremely light users, possibly averaging just 80-100 copies/month). Thank you!

Check all connections between the two main circuit board remove each connector and check for a bend pin if not replace both boards if you can find them di 250 is a legacy machine of Minolta now Konica Minolta
You can try to reset the C0500 error code press the soft initialization on the right side of control panel
when the dot appears on the lcd after reboot press the number 3 key the mode will change to the initialization screen choose the selection for trouble reset after reboot the code will be cleared
power on and of for basic screen if this dose not work you will need to replace the fuser unit
in regards to your c0f32 code the toner to carrier ratio is wrong this is caused by the wrong developer being used clean out developer unit and put correct developer in the unit
C500 is a fuser code, the hot part of the machine, the fuser fuses the toner to the paper, so that the toner does not smear off. But to solve this must have the model number. As each series of machine has a different way to reset machine
