Question about Kodak EASYSHARE 5500 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Yikes, that is a problem. Just curious if you have contacted Kodak about this? You can call their support number at 800 421 6699
In my experience, when this happens it is often the result of no ink in the carts. If that happens the scanner stops working to protect the printer. Passing air through a print head can damage it. So, if there is no ink and you try to scan the printer thinks you are attempting to print the scan so it won't let you complete the task. This is generally common to all inkjet printers.
