Question about Konica Minolta bizhub 250 All-In-One Laser Printer
We had the machine set up to scan and then email. For some reason now, it will not do it. As usual our service provider said that was not part of our maintenance contract and so I had to pay to send their network expert down. After looking at it he determined my ip provider changed something although I was able to put the printer address in my outlook file and send and receive fine. He said he set it up with his company server and it worked fine and basically said it is not the fault of the machine. I just got an email account set up with our internet provider which is suddenlink and had the same problem. It will not go thru. I have been over all the setting with their network people and apparently everything is set up correctly but it still doesn't work.
What type of error message r u getting?
cannot find server or login error?
