Question about Refrigerators
I've noticed now every day around 4:30-5:00PM a puddle of water under the freezer side of our refrigerator. When I checked in the freezer itself, the bottle pull-out tray is frozen in a block of ice. What it causing this? And, is it easily fixed? Thank you.

Take back panel off inside freezer. you will see a drain tray at the bottom with a drain hole in the middle. this is blocked with ice. melt off ice with a hairdryer and follow up with hot water till it flows away freely.
also check the drain tray heater is ok
