Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3xx Cellular Phone
My cell phone keypad refuses to work minus the "End Call" button. Any other button I press does not respond. The keypad still lights up and actually the phone has worked a couple of times, but not consistantly. I thought it was because my battery had been low last night, but even after plugging in the phone to the charger, it still refuses to work consistantly. Can you please help?
I have a lf cookie kp 500 and it is all touch screen and none of the keys work i can receive calls but cannot make calls or use any of the features

if you are the techie type of guy, you can open the phone yourself and check for the allignment of your keypad and the contact points. you can do this by removing the casing and replacing it again, but make sure that the keypad is properly placed before reassembling your phone. while your phone is still open, try checking for dust or any foreign material inside that might have caused your keypad to malfunction.
however, if you are not the techie type of guy, have it checked by a competent motorola cellphone technician in order to verify other possible causes of the problem.
i hope this will help
