Have original power pack 20v 3a seems ok,
Changed both fuses on lamp p/supply also soldered ALL connections on
that board, Still just lights for about 1 second and goes off
any suggestions ??!!! Don't have print for Monitor

I agree it is too expensive to have serviced,,,,,Oh that's not what
you said! Well for me it would be too expensive. My budget is way too
tight to even consider that, I was hopping to find someone that might
have experience with this model monitor and steer me towards a common
problem.

This can be something somewhere that is shorted, and loading down the
supply. These monitors are only serviced at board exchange level only, not
component level. Schematics and replacement parts are not available to non
authorized servicers. You will have to send in the monitor for service.
LCD monitors are expensive to not service, unless the fault is a major one.
