Remove the inkjet cartridges from the printer and clean the circuit with brown dotted objects .clean it with tissue paper.and also clen the circuit of the printer which also looks same like the one in the cartridges where you install the cartridges.
shut off the printer remove the power cord of the printer from its back.wait for 10 minutes.then plug the poer cord wire in the printer.then when prompted on the computer screen reinsert your print cartridges.
it will work.
