Question about Televison & Video
I have a Philip's 43p8341a projection TV. When opened up to clean the board that controls the power sound & channel I think is called the keyboard. was broke. The part # s on the board when checked on line what I got back was the answer this part is no longer available. Can you Help ?
Is the board repairable. A person can sometimes solder and jump broken traces on a bracked board if it's not too bad. As for replacement boards, I suffer the same sitution as you are coming up with on parts. Seems the manufactors don't care much about fixxing, they just want to sell new, so I doubt I can help either. I am out of town at the moment but will be returning in a week, so when I am back at my shop, I will check my inventory and see if I may have something that will work in it's place. If you don't hear from me in a week or so, you'lle know I couldn't help.
Have a great day and good luck on your problem.
