Problem for GE JKP28 Electric Double Oven

BOTTOM OVEN WIILL NOT HEAT

I have a Model JKP28/911.4772. The bottom oven stopped working. As I turn the oven control knob the red indicator light comes on but as I continue to turn the knob it goes out but comes on again when the knob points at broil.

check the bottom heat element and see if you see any burn out spots on it,if so you will have to replace it(easy)let me now-mike
