By jessie25 - usenet poster

Hi all,

I'm trying to connect a totalstorage DS300 IBM as iScsi target in a netware
environment, but when I try to add it in ConsoleOne, I have a message
iqn session denied.
I've check the authentification on the TotalStorage ans set it to none
without success.

at the server I have do

ion.ncf -> ok
iscsinit discover 192.168.0.30 -> ok with iqn.1986-03.com.ibm.

iscinit connect 192.168.0.30 iqn.1986-03.com.ibm. ->Failed

Could someone help me.

Thanks

Patrick

Hello Pat,

I'm not an experienced iSCSI user, but have setup some lab situations.
One problem I had getting it done was LDAP authentication.
Tried to solve this with ConsoleOne.
Someone told me at this formum to disable the LDAP part.
So no eDir objects are needed (created).
That did it for me.
