Question about Motorola Cell Phones
Is this a brand new phone. If not, it could still be locked to a previous service provider. What ever you do, please do not try any of the codes offered on line, they absolutely don't work. I speak from experience( and a hardlocked phone). Again, I'm going on the the assumption that the phone had a previous service. If you know the company call them directly and they will usually give you the correct unlock codes. Or, seek out a professional unlocker. Now, if the phone is new you should be able to contact customer service and resolve your issue. This may or may not help, but, it might give you some ideas of your own to try. Good luck and best regards...

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
