Problem for Monitors

When I power up my monitor I don't see an LED comming ON & nothing comming on Screen. After opening the box I found the blown fuse. I have replaced the same with new one which also blown. Can you please let me know what could be the problem & how much this costs (INR) for fixing?

1. cheak the Bridge diodes , power capacitor , PTC., FET ,3842

2.total power section cheaked it

3 AC fuse valu is 3Amp
