I think your problem relates to the TuneUp Utilities program. Go to Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs and look for the program. Remove it. Then you should be able to run the updates. Good luck.

Ultimate windows 7. ''the program cannot start because your missing rtl100bpl''

You are probably using a program built with Delphi, and somehow it's missing the Borland Programming Language (BPL) Run-Time Library 1.00. Hence, "rtl100.bpl".

If this is the case, download any Delphi runtime package - for example this one:

http://www.lexically.net/downloads/version5/base1a.zip

and find inside the RTL100.BPL file. Unpack it in the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder, and that should be it.

Everything is blue on my computer

Can you please tell me what you mean by blue on your computer?... do you mean that your computer screen is displaying blue?

If so then, I would think that you may have installed either new hardware or software which wasn't compatable with your computer system.

If that was the case you need to start the computer system in safe mode and uninstall that particular hardware or software.

Good luck,

Philip

Blue screen keeps coming up

The blue screen you are referring to usual appears when there is a software/hardware conflict.

If you have recently added any hardware to your computer , try removing it and rebooting the computer..if it was software you have recently installed , try booting the computer in "Safe Mode" ( tap the F8 key when the computer is first booting) and uninstall the program.......

If that does not work , we would need to do some more troubleshooting. First we would need the exact error code from the blue screen. That will help us narrow down exactly where the issue is coming from. In the picture below notice the red box's , the code in those box's is the code we need from yours.

Blue tooth adapter and hs850 headset on my computer

Yes, you need the blue tooth driver. The one that comes with your blue tooth "toggle". Although my laptop said "blue tooth compatible" I still needed a toggle. They are fairly cheap to buy and go into a USB port.
