Question about Panasonic Audio Players & Recorders
I'm trying to get a replacement for my ac adapter for my laptop. I have a toughbook cf-w2 and the ac adapter cord to recharge the battery has a short in it and wont work. I can't seem to find an exact replacement for the adapter. the computer calls for one with 16V at 2.5 amps. the closest adapter i can find is one with 16 V at 3.75 amps. Will this adapter work or do i need something with 2.5 amps.
If you go to the Harmon/Kardon website, you can find where to buy replacement parts.
Select product support on the front page, then go to parts.
Then select your product as Harmaron/Kardon SoundsticksII and select your country.
Hope this helps,

My puppy chewed through the cord for my a/c adapter, I just took the speakers into Circuit City, and they found me a workable replacement (the replacement isn't BOSE, but it works just fine). Hope that helps!

SOURCE: need ac adapter for speakers
If you're in the US, go to Radio Shack and buy a plug in transformer that puts out 12VDC at 1000mA.
The polarity is negative (-) on the outside and positive (+) on the inside.
