Contact sprint and they can send the password to your phone, as well as reset your sprint picturemail service. The password is automatically set up by the network, so you would not be able to guess it. Dial 1800Sprint1 from any phone. preferably not your cell.
sometimes you have to send a picture to your own phone for it to work properly,i know it sounds daft but i had to do it with mine and it has worked properly ever since, might not work but it is worth a try, hope this works for you
you can try the last four numbers of your phone number for your cell phone, but once i finally got the password which was the phone number thing, it said fatal pic/video msg error - g-65 . so you can try with the password but i doubt it will work, something about a new company taking over and not supporting that feature ? which is stupid cuz why would they even have it on the phone and advertize it if it wasnt going to work
As of February the LG Rumour will be one of the phones MTS/Sprint's new operating system will not cover for Video/Picture Messaging. Even though it's never worked for me since I got the phone, now they are completely making it impossible for you to use that feature. My question is why are they advertising that feature then?
I had the same problem (i am with Bell Mobility) so i contacted the customer service and they told me i had to register online first. The website for Bell users is mypictures.bell.ca (i had to search it on yahoo to get into the site for some reason). if you dont know or never made a password then just click "forgot password" and they will text one to your phone. hope this helps
OKay I had the same problem everytime I tried to send a picture apparently my queue was full and I had to erase the pics from my pending folder. I had no idea where my pending folder was. Well all you have to do is go to pictures and go to picture mail. When you get to that you see
under that is the pending messages.
YOU JUST HAVE TO SCROLL DOWN!!!
