Check for screws at the back of the hinges and undo them if present. Tilt screen back to allow hinge covers to clear. Pry gently, but firmly, with a non metalic pry tool at the edge of the hinge covers to start the panel loosening, Working gently with the pry tool, pry along the edges of the power button panel to remove it.

Laptop should pop up with flat head screww driver (small) check for screws at back above hinges first!
