Innovage Wireless Headphones and FM scan radio

I recieved the Innovage Wireless Headphones with FM Scan Radio for a Christmas Gift last year. I am JUST now opening them since I now have a use for them. HOWEVER, the don't come with ANY instructions. Only a diagram on the back side describing it's qualities and usefulness. I found the obvious place to put the 2 AAA batteries in the wireless transmitter, but I can't see a place in the headsets, yet in writing at the bottom in tiny letters it says, 4 AAA batteries required. 2 for tansmitter, 2 for headset. I've looked at it. My hubby has, my father has, and numerous other people, and short of BREAKING the headset to see if there is a place for batteries, we can't figure out where they go.

Can you help and do you have any advice on this gift? So far everything I've read is JUNK!!

Thank you. Lynn

which direction do i turn the screws to open the battery chamber? I've opened it before i just don't remember if you turn them the same direction or the opposite direction to one another (toward the phone the screw is nearest)And if anyone is looking to use them with an mp3 player when they'e travelling DON'T! The belt clip transmitter is **** and when you get to a major metropolitain core or any heavily trafficed area the radio signal overwhelms the transmitter and drowns out the player unless you stand facing a specific direction with your neck slightly cranes upwards.

There was 2 screws at the bottom of the headset just below the name of the headset. Remove those screws and u can include 2 AAA batteries there. Happy Listening!!! Rajesh

I too had a hard time finding the batteries for the headset, I press with my thumbs down fairly hard on the left ear phone, the one without antenna and buttons..push it away from headband and there you will find battery compartment.
I hope this helped you.

No light oh headphones i have 2 batteries in emitter do 2 go in the head set?

pop the side off headset and insert two battires then turn it on ....pop bottom off emitter insert two battries flip swith up one notch to turn it on........the headphones are just an fm radio...push middle button to scan channels and bottom button to change bands...........the emitter sends on an fm signal which the headphones will pick up when you pickup the right channel signal........turn the headset on and off with the volume knob.........if you leave either one on 24 hrs the battries will die since there is no usb power cord as promised in the manuel so be sure to turn both off when not in use

Super Boss FM HI-FI Wireless Headphone SF878 no sound from the tv

Hi - the tv sound will be picked up like an fm radio signal at 83 mhz. To get there, press the reset button the side of the headphones, then press scan. the first signal to be picked up will be the tv signal. This assumes, of course that you have fresh batteries in the transmitter and headphones, and that the volume is turned up on the headphones and the TV. Worked for me. The signal is not stereo, though.

The only way to unlock the radio is by using a scan tool. The scan tool sends the appropriate diagnostic message (relearn VIN) to reset the radio. Using a scan tool, select the radio VIN relearn procedure from the module replacement screen in Vehicle Control Systems

Innovage AM/FM/Weather Radio Problem

I believe it is just a China import; I would give up and just get one from Radio Shack instead - I know how you would like to get it right, but I would send a decent letter to Bass Pro Shops along with a copy of your receipt from Radio Shack and ask them to refund you - it might work.
