Installing a double oven where a freestanding range is now

I have a freestanding electric range. The microwave is installed above the range. Is is possible to install a double oven in place of the freestanding range and leaving the microwave in place?

That should not be a problem, as long as there is room. If you do not leave some room below the OTR (Over the Range) microwave you may not be able to remove it in the future. Most OTR microwaves attach to a wall plate and swing up to the cabinet. Then several bolts drop in from the shelf above. If there is no room to swing the micro back down, you will not be able to take the microwave back down when you want to change it or service some components.

Don't bother rating solution. Anything but a FixYa drops my rating. Thanks anyway.

That Helpful rating actually lowered my rating .06 %. A no rating would have been better.

Lost my manual. how do i clean my self cleaning Gemini double ovens

would need the model #, but generally, the top oven is manual clean. To clean larger oven, press clean, then up or down next to the timer to determine how long you want the self clean to run.
