Somewhere within your stash of Gateway disks, there might be a disk to restore Microsoft Office. If not, I would suggest contacting Gateway computers to see what your options are. They most likely have had this sort of question asked before. If not, you'll have to look at purchasing Microsoft Office. You shouldn't have to, but contact Gateway regardless.

Unable to open bios on e-machine to change logging order

Boy everyone needs to be more specific on their questions! If you mean you want to get into the BIOS but cannot because you forgot the password, I have never seen any program that will retrieve it for any computer. But not all is lost, you can reset it to factory defaults if your comfortable with electronics, you can open your computer and remove the CMOS BIOS battery and leave it out for 15 minutes (some computers will need a little more or a little less time but 15 minutes will usually be long enough for most of them) Replace the battery and close your computer. You should now have the original factory settings for your computer and the password should be gone.
NOTE: only do this if you know how you had all of the other settings, because it will revert to original factory settings and all BIOS modifications you had done will also be lost as well! Also removing the CMOS BIOS battery is not something that could be done by anyone, you must have a good understanding of electronics to properly do this action.

I want to reset everything to its original form i've tried to reset it but it only allowed me to reset it back a few hours and now i'm frustrated i don't know what to do i want everything gone all my files...

There are two methods to do it

1. Reinstall Vista from the Disks provided by manufacturer, during the process we can format the whole hard drive (OS partition) and install Vista as it it was installed in the factory.
2. Depending on the computer brand, there are programs available to reset your computer to factory defaults.

Please specify the brand/ make and model number of the computer to suggest the factory reset procedure.

Restore factory settings

On some computers, the disk-drive is "partitioned" into two parts -- your 'C:' drive and a 8GB "recovery" partition. If so, then when you start-up your computer, there is an option to boot from that Recovery Partition, and to reinstall Windows.

On some computers, there is software that lets you burn your own CD/DVDs that can then be used to reinstall Windows. Have 4 or 5 "blank" DVD disks, or 8 to 10 "blank" CD disks, before you run this software.

If you have "lost" the original disks, contact LG. For a small fee, they will ship you a replacement "System Recovery" CD/DVD set of disks.

Lost hard drive!

If you have the "System Restore" set of CD-ROMs that were shipped with the computer, you can use them to reinstall Windows to the "factory" settings.

If you no longer have those CD-ROMs, contact Fujitsu, and order a replacement set. $20 ? $20 for courier-shipping?

Lost Microsoft Office 2007 , how do I get it back ?

If you lost the original media, that is not the problem. Installing Office 2007 that you can download from Microsoft's website will allow you to install the software. You just need to know your original installation key to activate it.

Any Office 2007 disc allows you to install a 30 day trial of the software.

I assume what you mean is that you reset the pc back to factory default. If you do not have the original install disks for your software you are in trouble.
