Can not get the alphabet to work when needed with the dial Number's? Also would like to increase incoming ringtone as I miss many and have to call back which is costly Martin

If you find that there are only a few personalized numbers that you need to call frequently, you can add them to your contacts and let SmartDial find them for you. This is my personal solution about increasing ringtone volume on incoming calls just install a Increasing ring app from app store or play store

Incoming call does not list between call history

I've never heard of that happening before. Try breaking it down into the category of "recent calls" or whichever it is under, where you only see the people that have called you. From there I believe you hit the right button and click save contact.

Caller id Call Customer Service 1-8O5-465-751O To Fix Issue

First you need to verify if the caller id does that to all incoming calls, showing numbers only, or if it only does that to only numbers stored in directory. If it does that to all incoming calls then you need to check manual to see if there a setting to allow both name and number of all incoming calls. Either way you need to make sure caller id functions allows both name /number on display.
