This will be a generic METRIC screw, take it to a fastener supplier and show them the hole, they can try out fit of a few METRIC screws to find the right size. Buy the screw/bolt that fits and hacksaw the head off it to make a set screw.
Any bolt from a hardware store will do, but if you can, get the largest one that will fit the hole, and try to get a metric, not an SAE. To keep it there, consider getting a lock washer for the end where the nut will be placed, or, if it will be screwing into an already "tapped" hole, you must find a bolt that will be fitting that hole. In that case, a lock washer at the outside end would be a good idea. Be blessed.
Lowes carries most bolts and barrel nuts. Local small hardware stores may have longer bolts if needed. I sometimes use a bolt specialty business for unique bolts. Most cribs use either a metric set or SAE. If you are replacing the complete set choose whichever is easiest to find. If they bed has glued in threaded nuts go with the matching bolts style, metric or SAE.
If you have one of the bolts that is identical to the three you are missing you can go to a local hardware store (Home Depot, Lowes, Ace) and try to match the bolt. Many bolts, screws, nuts and other fasteners are standard machined parts. If this is the case with yours, they should be readily available.

Some plane Mfgs. had custom threads made. Modern bolts and screws from the hardware store may not work. Take the plane to a genuine hardware store where someone will help.
There are typically 2 slotted machine screws that secure a frog to the plane.
The plane will work fine without the slotted frog adjustment screw near the brass thumb wheel.
Really old metal planes had no frog adjustment screws.
The new frog adjustment feature did boost sales though.
If the threaded bolt for the brass thumb wheel is missing it will need to be replaced so the cutter can be easily adjusted.
You alread have a leaking water pump, so just replace it. As for the missing bolt note where i is and when you rmove the pump check to see of part of the od bolt is still in the block. If so you are in luck. Remove and get a new bolt.
