Well, the internal mecanism of your printer is already worn, or defective. the troner is bad. if its a printer less than 100 bucks, just get a new one, if its a really expensive one, then u need a printer expert, that has the parts for that issue.

Canon gp405 paper jamming problem and paper doesnot come out

Is the paper actually jamming or just not printing ?

You might have to uninstall the printer restart your computer then reinstall your printer Click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll to ports(COM&LPT) + to expand you should see a communication port and Ecp printer port you might see a yellow question / exclamation ? ! mark or a red X this will mean you need to install a new driver for this device right click to update driver select properties again you will have the similar options also you can troubleshoot the device you might have many prints backed up ((make sure you have the printer turned off)) otherwise it might print another page

if you have multiple prints in the queue you will have to open a file that you are about to print click ok a page will open with a

display print queue tab you can see all prints right click on the ones you don't need select cancel Hope this helps.

Paper jam on my Lexmark Z42

So I assume the computer is coming up with this error, Do you know whether there is paper in the printer or not that is causing this error or does the printer just think there is?

The outside panels should open up and you should see some rollers which may have paper stuck in them. Check for stuck paper or any other object and simply pull it out. Pulling paper out the way it went in won't wreck the printer.

If there isn't any object, you can try resetting the printer by unplugging it and the plugging it back in.

Let me know it neither of the above suggestions work or if you just need some more help or can provide more information on this.

thanks

How do I load cardstock into my HP Photosmart Premium 309g? It gets jammed when I use the regular paper tray.

Make sure you aren't using too much or too little regular paper when printing. This will cause a paper jam error code at times.
hope it helped

How do I re-set after a paper jam hp psc 1200?

Verify that the print cartridge door is closed.
The print carriage may be jammed, follow these steps to correct the problem:
1.
Open the print cartridge access door. If the print carriage can move, it should move to center. If the print carriage stays all the way left, unplug the power cord and then plug it back in. This will reset the unit and may allow the print carriage to move from the left.
2.
Disconnect the power cord from the all-in-one.
3.
Remove both print cartridges.
4.
Move the print carriage left and right slightly to verify that the print carriage will move freely. If the print carriage will not move freely, check for obstructions.
5.
Close the print cartridge access door.
6.
Plug the power cord back in.
7.
After the all-in-one initializes, the print cartridge light will flash. Open the access door and install the print cartridges.
8.
Close the print cartridge access door. If the problem returns, remove the print cartridges and wipe the electrical contacts before reinstalling them.
*
Try to make a copy. If the all-in-one pulls in paper but cannot make a copy, there may be a problem with the scanner mechanism. Contact HP for assistance.

If that doesn't work, maybe try this too:

Clearing paper jams
Paper jams can occur for a variety of reasons but are usually paper related. Follow the steps below to clear the paper jam:

1.
Turn off the all-in-one and unplug the power cord. With the power off, the paper feed rollers will turn.
2.
Open the rear access door of the all-in-one by pressing in on the left side of the access door and then pulling it toward you.
NOTE: All paper jams must be removed by pulling the paper out the back of the all-in-one using the rear access door. Pulling the paper out the front of the all-in-one rotates the paper feed rollers in the wrong direction and can lead to additional problems.

Inspect the pressure rollers on the rear access door and verify that they are clean and turn freely. Clean the rollers if needed with a soft towel lightly moistened with water. If the rollers do not turn freely, replace the rear access door.
*
If under warranty, contact HP to obtain a replacement part.
*
Click How to buy on this page to order replacement parts.
3.
From the rear access door opening, gently pull the jammed paper free.
4.
Remove the remaining paper from the paper supply tray. Discard any paper that is damaged or crumpled and then re-stack and reload the paper into the paper supply tray.
Do not continue to push the paper in after some resistance is felt. If the paper is pushed in too far, more than one page will feed into the all-in-one at a time.
5.
Reattach the rear access door by inserting the two pins on the right of the door into the holes for them and then pressing in gently but firmly on the left side.

6.
Reconnect the power cord to the unit and turn the unit on. Source(s): http://www.castleink.com

Not sure how long we've had the PCR-T265, but trying to set it up. Acts like it is printing but nothing shows up on the thermal paper. Thoughts?

You may have the paper loaded back to front. If you scratch the paper quickly with a finger nail, you should see a black line appear. if not, try the other side of the paper. The side which turns black should be facing you while you are in front of the machine. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sharp XE-A202 won't print

Hi.
If it is not printing at all, make sure you have the paper the correct way around. it will only print on one side. Make sure you have thermal paper loaded - standard bond paper rolls will not work in thermal machines. To test the paper, feed a small amount out, then scratch it firmly and quickly with a finger nail. You should see black lines left behind where you scratched it.
If it is printing everything except date and time, then it has been programmed not to. I can help with this.

Casio cash regester TK7000 print head gewing ink tape

Hi.
I think you are describing the problem where the print head is jamming, as it is getting stuck in the ribbon, so I will focus on that problem.
If this is not the problem you are having, then could you please try to describe it more accurately?

I get this problem all the time. The symptom is almost always caused by the printer being run without paper in the right hand side (the journal side). You must run paper in BOTH sides of the printer, or you will damage it. If your printing has been poor (one dot missing on characters), this is also a sign that this has happened.
Please let me know if you have been running both rolls of paper or not, and I can suggest some things to try.
