Hi.

First thing i would advice you is to reset the camera to the factory default setting
to make sure this is not the fault of some non compatible settings.
If this doesn't helps then you will have to get it to the shop to get it checked

Hope this helps.

Regards
Faraz

Hi,

Based on your description, it may be a smudge viewfinder. Unfortunately, this type of problem requires opening the unit to clean the inside of the view finder and therefore not really user doable.

Hope that this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

    Hi again,

If you are referring to the LCD display, then Ginko has addressed this.

If the picture you get is clear, and only the image on display is fuzzy, then that is either aproblem with LCD display, or with the internal control board.

|In both cases the camera must be taken apart at a repair shop , inspected, and eventually parts replaced to fix the problem.

Is the camera still under guaranty cover?

Try first to do a reset on your computer using the reset option on your camera's Menu just to make sure this is not a problem with the camera settings...

I would suggest that the image stabilizer might not be working right. Could you upload a photo to Flickr or other location where I could look at the EXIF, or list it here. I would like to see what the camera is writing to the image as the settings when the photo was taken.

Does it make a difference when the image stabilizer is on or off?

This sounds like a battery issue. Make sure the battery is fully charged and make sure that your charger is working.

Screen all fuzzy when taking photo.

What you have is a CCD issue. The CCD is the part of the camera that captures the images and stores it to the card. When the CCD goes bad it does some pretty funky things, including blurry, fuzzy or other weird things when they go bad.

Here is a link to an eBay auction with a CCD on it.
