This unit was bought from a casino and the cabinet is labeled "BILL BREAKER" when you insert a bill ($5,10 or 20) the "change" aka bills only disperses the first denomination. the rest go to the discard bin and the display shows "error 22 track error". the bills are coming out straight and evenly spaced. your help would be most appreciated. the unit was recently cleaned and the vacuum pads and belts were checked out OK. Jim
Sounds to me like it is only configured for one bill type, in diagnostics is a menu choice called "learn bills" to teach it the bill types ie. type 1, type 2 and type 3 etc. but you'd need the advanced diagnostic access disk or usb to go there.

I don't know why but some systems which have XP (SP1 or SP2) simply can't take the upgrade to SP3. Your system appears to be one of them. For instance our family's computer had XP SP2 and upon upgrading to SP3 we received a fatal crash while XP was loading into normal operating mode.
I managed to resolve the issue by booting to safe mode and restoring the system to a date before I installed SP3. Sorry that the new SP doesn't work for you.
I would start by taking out the sound card, modem, and any other card that isn't necessary for the pc to run. Just the basics.
I do have a couple of questions. How offen does it restart? What are the specs on your computer ( what do you have in it)? What is the operating system?
