Question about Computers & Internet
The Logitech Quickcam I have used to work ok. Not having used it for a while, I started to do so again when my daughter went to university, using video call. Although the picture is fine, she can't hear me!
Things her end are as they should be.
I've reinstalled it a couple of times but in vain.
Any help would be really appreciated - particularly in view of phone call charges to her mobile phone!
Go to Control Panel and Click on Sounds, Click
on Audio, then Click on the Microphone. Then Click on the drop
down and select Camera Microphone.
Click OK and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
