Question about PNY Attach? 1GB USB 2.0 Flash Drives (3-Pack)
When I put this device in, I get the msg that the device has malfunctioned. There is no green light when the device is in the laptop.
I cannot find it when I go to my computer.
I put in another one and does work, how can I get my information off of the one device?
I did turn off and unplug my laptop from the outlet last night and turned it plugged it back up this am.
Please help me, I need the info off of this device

Here's what you can do,
Download the files using the these links,
Put all these files in one folder and when windows ask for the drivers, select the option to manually serach for the drivers. And point the search to the folder where you saved these files and it should fix the problem.
If this does'nt work, please let me know.

Have you installed a scanner/another external USB drive since first trying your Flash drive? If so, try unplugging that and re-insert your Flash drive. I had this problem and a friend suggested this and it worked!
