You didn't specify the type of camera.

With a point&shoot like a Coolpix, use the Macro or Close-up mode.

With a DSLR, use a macro lens.

Either way, you'll have to be careful lighting the subject.

Tip

Using Ebay and Paypal

There are serious risks for Ebay sellers, especially in jewelry, coins and youth games and electronics, so be methodical and meticulous.
Procedures: WWW.Ebay.com New Member Registration comes first. You will get confirmation and invoices in your email, so make sure your address form entries are correct and fully functional. Also record your user names and passwords correctly, choosing may be difficult as there are over 120 million users now. Bank or credit card info is necessary. Paypal registration is a separate registration, activation may take 3 days and for first transfer from bank to post.
Buying: Be careful if you submit a bid, you should be ready to pay. 3 non-pays and you can be banned.
Selling: Read and write carefully, Be diplomatic, accurate and understanding, as buyer feedback can damage your ability to sell and earn fee discounts.Take your time, notice and try to understand every click box, including auction duration and shipping options, decimal places, quantities etc.. Take your time to learn the listing page thoroughly, as mistakes and oversights can cause real financial pain.Study WWW.USPS.com and the other shippers rate calculator websites for costs.
Always pay extra for USPS tracking if you sell something, it is how the Ebay system proves seller policy compliance.
Ebay has the most refined search system with category, area, price range or item name searches. Use quotes around item names for exact search results, such as "Fender Bandmaster". Do your homework and communicate promptly.
Make sure email messages are authentic. Clicking on email links can be dangerous.
Phishing scams: Paypal and Ebay never ask for your user information, they already know it. You never have to "update info".

I bid on a bank rolled roll of 50 wraped pennies,$210.00 . At the end of the penny roll one could see a valuable coin, If it was problem free the coin could be worth $175.00. I paid the $210.00 because the...

The only way to resolve this problem is if you paid with paypal file a claim with them. Or you can file a claim with ebay and explain the problem with them. We can not help will items that were bought on ebay. We can only help you if you did buy an item that was on ebay that was damaged and could be repaired. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Here is the link for paypal claim below.

I have a store but i did analysis on ebay and it is cheaper for me to cancel store, and do the 50 free auctions now. 1. How do i cancel my store? 2. How do I keep my 187 good feedbacks? and do I still...

According to http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/closing-your-store.html you'd have to wait 30 days for the store to be completely canceled to create a new store with the same name. If you do that before the 30 days it will only count as a reopen and won't be eligible for the 50 free auctions. The feedbacks will always be associated with your ebay account so that is not a need of concern. When you do cancel a store after the 30 days the name is up for grabs from anyone so you will have to keep track of the days after you close so you can open the new store with the same name.

http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/closing-your-store.html shows how to cancel the store.

My pal pal account has been closed .They owe me money Ebay say if pay pal reistae the account I will then be able to sell on ebay once more.I have now instructed the couts to take action on my behalf...

Your paypal account would not have been closed without due cause. It may be worthwhile asking paypal what is going on, as ebay is only acting on that information.

The door gasket on my Smeg fab28 is not sticking to the fridge properly. The Smeg only wants to sell me a new door. What to do?

I have a need trick to solve this problem
you door wont close all the way probably because to inner side of the door (the hinge side) the gasket is touching the fridge frame and been bend back .
or the top or bottom is miss align
the solution is simple

loose up the bolts than hold the hinges
and use coins as shims
"yes" "coins" nickles pennies or quarters
slide then in between the hinge and to bridge body and will give the gasket he necessarily space to close properly, may take several times on till you get the right combination
and make sure is no gap left after that
It has work for me lots of times.

good luck :)

How do I take close up pictures of coins. I would like to sell on ebay and I do not know what setting etc.

The setting, at least on the cameras that I have owned, is usually the flower icon. On some models when your in this mode it will turn the w/t bar green when it is in close up mode and at the proper distance. Double check with your user guide.
