-   i bought the g1 off the internet and i guess it was broken.
Somtimes it turns on and goes through the whole android thing and other times it just stays black an one time it kept vibrating until i took the battery out. Before all this i went to get a data plan and it wouldn't turn on and the t-mobile guy put his battery in and it still wouldn't go.
and they said they couldn't do anything without the recipt.
Is there a place that will fix this or does anyone know whats wrong with it? -   madrid7040

-   Actually, this information is incorrect. If you did not purchase the insurance policy on the G1 phone, T-mobile cannot repair or replace it. HTC will repair the LCD screen for $238. But after 4 months you are eligible to purchase another G1 for $229. -   kesellmans
