Have you tried formatting your cell this maybe a virus problem.
If this does not help than next solution will be to flash your cell.
If these does not help tell me.
So if you think that it is not a virus problem and formatting and flashing won't help you then only option left is to take it to a service center and get it checked.
Are you sure this is not a virus problem.
I have seen this problem with many people and it was due to a virus deleting necessary files from the cell.
If its a virus problem then it can be removed by a complete format of your cell.
Full format: *#7370#.
Soft reset: *#7780#.
In both cases, lock code is 12345 or the one you have set..
There is another way to full format/hard reset:
try
the "3 finger reset' which is depress these three keys simultaneously * , 3 , and the "green phone" key and then power on phone whilst keeping those same
three keys depressed until you hear start-up tone.
