being a 10.3 megapixel model, it sure must deliver high quality images. try tinkering with the camera's settings maybe you can find one that suits your needs. also, try transferring your photos in you computer, the pictures can be viewed better that way as compared to viewing it in the camera's 2.7 inch LCD.
on the other hand, if you are really not satisfied with your product, check with your seller's terms of service. they may accept the item provided that you purchase another with the same amount or higher.
