when in dvd menus and i need to press left or right when i do so i get the error symbol up, the only time they work is whilst playing a dvd i can use them to fast forward and rewind. the buttons also work fine with the players menus. Is this a problem with the settings or a fault with the remote? I appreciate any help you can give me
