Question about Samsung HT-X810T Theater System
Hello, can anyone assist me to setup my imac to the soundbar. I can see the soundbar from my mac but I can't connect to it.
Device Name: Samsung Home Theater
Device Address: 00-16-6c-3d-9f-7b
Device Type: Audio
Device Services: High-quality Audio Service
Will itunes support this device?
When your home theater's display reads PROTECTION, it means the home theater is over heating and the unit will shut down to prevent any damage. This can happen if the unit is stacked along with other electronic devices or the unit is in an enclosed area that prevents the unit from cooling properly. To decrease the chance of overheating, relocate your home theater to a more open area.
If the home theater display reads PROTECTION every time you turn it on, no matter where or how the unit is placed, it needs service. To set up service call Samsung Customer Care at 1-800-SAMSUNG (1-800-726-7864). Have your model number and serial number on hand to set up service.

Plug a yellow video cable into the TV (IN) and the Sound system (Out) then go onto AV1 on the TV or which ever port you plugged the cable into and play a movie and u can see it. A menu doesnt come up like the A ipod funtion so it comes up no signal until u play an actual movie on the ipod. If u dont have a yellow video cable i think u can use the white or red audio ones.
