Battery replacement

Press and slide back on silver or greyish part of mouse on top. That part comes off and the batteries are right there. Then just slide back on after replacing with new batteries.

Mouse died, replaced batteries, led lit then immediately goes out.

Make sure that the batteries you replaced are new. Dont ever use batteries that are used up together with a new one. Try and replaced again the batteries and see how it goes.

Good day.

Light is off on mouse.

Most probably your battery is exhausted but usually mouse battery lasts a lot. Any way replace the batteries and check the status, if ithe light is not coming go to your dealer and demand a replacement/repair if still under warranty. If not under repair you will have to pay a small amount for repair

I have a logitech which used to work with window vista home premium 64 bits version. Today it is not connecting although i replaced the batteries and the light in the back of the mouse is dim and sometimes...

THE MFG MAY HAVE A CERTAIN BATTERY REQUIRMENT, NEED TO GO LINE AND LOOK UP THAT INFORMATION, DEPENDING ON THE MFG AND THE BATTERY COMPANY THEY WANT YOU TO USE IF YOU DONT USE THERE BATTERY REQUEST THAN YOU WILL END UP BUYING A NEW KEYBOARD OR MOUSE WHEN THE BATTERIES RUN LOW.

LOOK FOR A LITTLE PIN HOLE ON THE BOTTUM OF THE MOUSE ALSO EVERY TIME YOU CHANGE THE BATTERY YOU LOOSE THE FREQUENCE THE MOUSE USES, SO DEPRESS THE BUTTON UNTIL THE COMPUTER SAYS IT HAS FOUND A NEW PIECE OF HARDWARE, THAN THE MOUSE SHOULD WORK FINE.

GO ON LINE AND SEE IF THERE ARE ANY NEW UPDATE FOR THE MOUSE
