Water Leak Whirlpool Washing Machine Ultimate Care II LSQ9564J Top Load Water is leaking from bottom of washer - I filled up and tipped and water is dripping from pump ( part # 3363394 ) or hoses that attach to it but hoses and connections look good. Machine is 3-4 years old and used heavily for family of 6 - 3-4 Loads per day, everyday. How do I know if pump is leaking or cracked ? Could it be Tub Ring Seal ( 3976308 ) ? Should I just replace all hoses, clamps and see if leak continues ?

Is the pump gray or white? if it is gray then replace it.look where the pump mounts to the ,otor and see if there is a black line coming from the middle.this is probably where your leak is.
just change the pump.

If this only happens when the machine is turned on,the tube from the tub to the water level switch is pinched or broken. If the clear plastic tube is not pinched or broken,the water level switch in the control console is bad. My whirlpool ultimate care II is leaking water.

Whirpool Ultimate Care II washer - drips
Your water inlet valve is leaking through. Turn off the water. Remove the hoses from the washer. Clean the sediment screens in the water valve and replace the hose.
If that does not solve the leak through problem,the water inlet valve will have to be replaced.
Use the attached video to show how to access the inside of the washer in the event the water valve needs replacing.
