Question about Panasonic VDR-D100 DVD Camcorder
Hi, I bought this camcorder for my daughter about 2 years ago. Evidently we lost the CD software (if there was one) when we moved. We are now trying to put the disk on our MacBook. We are running there newest operating program. The problem is the when plugged into the USB port. The computer dosnt reconize the camcorder. I have tried to open with I MOVIE. So my question is.... Was there Software we are missing? If so can an After Market software work?
Icant finish downloading the software for the vdr-d100 because all it says you need to update

Yes, you're missing software, which is only suppose to come with the D200 model. Don't ask me how they expect us to use the D100 model without software. I had the same issue, called Panasonic, and after being transferrred a few times was told I need their conversion software (DVD-Movie Album SE) and then a second program (DVDfunStudio) to make movies. I did have to pay for the software - about $10 - but it was worth it.
