I inherited a Seiko Westminster chime clock. The time is perfect but the hourly chimes are 3 hours behind. How can I synchronize the two?

The next time it gongs multiple times turn the hour hand clockwise until it is pointing at the number of times it gonged. Next take off the dial nut off (make sure to put it in a plastic bag because they can be hard to replace) and turn the minute hand until it strikes once. Now put the minute hand back on pointing to 6 o'clock and replace your dial nut and you are all set.

My clock chies 2 hours behind

If the clock is a mechanical clock there are 2 ways it can be fixed. You need to take the hands off the clock and gently replace the hour hand to the hour it strikes/chimes replace the minute hand and then gently clockwise ONLY move the minute hand to each hour letting it strike/chime the hour it is on. If this does not work there is another way and you can email me Yvonne. for more information. Mechanical clocks only.

Does a 1992 Honda Civic have a timing chain or timing belt and do you have to take out the motor to fix it?

the 1992 civic has a timing belt, and you don't have to remove the engine to replace it, the book time for that job is 3 hours, and that is if the car has A/C power steering & cruse control. if it has none of these things the book time is 2 hours......HAVE FUN

You were not very specific about you clock description, Many of the German clocks were using auto correct features.

You may not have this function.

Move the hour hand to the correct hour.

Hope this tip help you.

Sharper Image S1785 Clock Settings

When setting-up the time (by pushing the "mode" button), the alarm time set comes up first, followed by the time set.
When setting the proper hour in this mode, simply continue through the military "24 hour" cycle and the second cycle of 24 hours will be in the 12 hour format.
Continue through and finish the mode set-up function and your up and running. --

A few days ago the minute hand came off my HM Regulator keywind clock. I put the hand back on and the clock is keeping time, but the chime is not in sync with the time; re: it strikes the hour on the half...

the positon of minute hand not sync with chime strikes.
you fix the minute hand as 15.minute slower and adjust the current time using time adjuster switch not with minute hand ok.
try it and solve it

Optio SV - Date/Time problem

I think it is pretty obvious that your camera isn't going into full 12 hour mode and is displaying a combination of 12 hour (am/pm) and the usual 24 hour time. This could not come from anything other than a firmware error, and will be common to all SV's with the same firmware version. Almost certainly Pentax will fix it with a firmware update within the next few weeks to a month once they know about the problem. So you've proved that the problem is in the review mode in the camera. Is it also embedded in the date for the file and in the EXIF information included in the file? I guess that if 24 hour time works, the temporary fix might be just to use 24 hour time.
