I just bought a new zen media player about a week ago and it has completely frozen while playing a song file. It was working fine up until this particular music file was played on it. Now, regardless of what buttons I press, the zen does not respond to any of them. The zen player is not being recognised by my computer when i connect it up and it also won't charge. Please help!
I just read a solution posted by someone else for the same problem, they said to stick a toothpick into the pinhole reset button at the bottom of the Zen so i did this then turned it back on but i got the same problem, so i reset it again and then pluged it into recharge and this seems to have worked...hope this helps!

I can turn it off but the same thing happens everytime i go to select something from this file
Please help i need music on my travels ;-)
Let the battery completely drain, and after a while charge it using the charger available else thru computer without turning it on.. let it charge for 50% and then try switching it on. Try this if not get back to me.
while it is off slide down the power thing while holding play and resseting it with a safety pin, paperclip, staple, etc., this should bring you to the zen format screen thing, select "clean up" this should fix the problem and still save all of your files, if this doesn't work try the other options from the zen format screen.
