Question about Samsung CLP 300 Laser Printer
Lift up the printer front a few inches using a book or a small box. The paper will them feed beautifully downhill into the roller.

The heavy paper would not feed at all--ever. The thing that worked well was cleaning the gripper--a 1" wide rubber cylinder-shaped part in the center of the machine. You have to access it from 2 different ways, otherwise you can't get to all the surface to clean it; (1) turn the machine upside down with the paper tray removed. (it is easy to see from here--the largest rubber roller); (2) open the back as if clearing a paper jam. I used Q-tips damped with glass cleaner and went over it several times--each with a clean Q-tip. Let it dry for 3-4 minutes.

The paper must be at least 28-32 lbs. Copier paper is not thick enough to ensure the rollers will grab it.
