Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

How do you empty the sentbox in incredimail?

?

A: The 'Deleted Items' folder contains the email messages deleted from your other folders. It is recommended that you empty the 'Deleted Items'folder from time to time, to avoid the build up of old and unnecessary email, which may slow down your email environment.

To empty the 'Deleted Items' folder, simply right-click the folder and select 'Empty 'Deleted Items' Folder'. If the 'Deleted Items' folder is not emptied, please follow these steps:
  1. Right-click the IncrediMail Tray Icon (orange envelope), located in the lower right corner (near the computer clock), and select 'Exit'.
  2. Windows 2000 or XP users: Browse to the following location:

    C:\Documents and Settings\Your Profile(Logon Name)\Local Settings\Application Data\IM\Identities\{Long Number}\Message Store

Windows 98 or ME users: Browse to the following location:

    C:\Windows\Application Data\IM\Identities\{Long Number}\Message Store
  3. Delete the 'Deleted Items.imm' and the 'Deleted Items.imh' files.
  4. Open IncrediMail. Next time you wish to empty your 'Deleted Items' folder, simply right-click the folder and select 'Empty 'Deleted Items' folder'.

Can incredimail block emails on request?

nothing blocks this rubbish
it is a scam used by hackers to get to operational e-mail addresses and the best thing that you can do is to simply delete them when they come up ( don't open as that indicates the address is good )
you should know anybody that sends you an e-mail and if you don't then it is unsolicited and should be deleted immediately

Have incredimail on computer but unable to transfer to ipad

You won't be able to do so with Incredimail.

I recommend using iTunes to sync emails-- or you could set up your email on your iPad by going into your Settings > Email, Contacts and Calendars, then tap on add account.

Hope this helps!

When i downloaded incredimail some of my emails are hidden from me

Are these emails in a folder? Do they show up in the web client for your email? Is there a pattern in the emails that are hidden? What email service (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, corporate email, etc) are you using through Incredimail?

yes if you configure your account again then you can receive all emails again.
For that you have to configure new account for your email account and delete old email account but noter down all settings of email account before delete.
Then create new email account and set all settings make sure check box is enable for "leave copy of email on server".
