All I have is audio and vertical lines . there is any chance for repair .
I have the same problem with my Dell W1700 LDC TV monitor.
Is it the same fix for mine? I'm not seeing pink and I don't have lines like others, my screen is just a blank black screen.

Check the cable between the monitor and the box for damage.
Try a new cable.
It may be a problem with the input board but it sounds like a cable problem.

The W1700 is HDTV Ready but it does not have an internal digital tuner, it only receives NTSC coded signals, not ATSQ/QAM coded signals. In order to see tv in HD you will need an external tuner with component or DVI output that you can connect to the monitors inputs.
check with the dell company they might be able to help you with a manual.if they cannot go to www.partstore.com good luck.to enter into service menu push down both up and down chammel button together and the menu will pop up,from there you can toggle it with you up and down volume button.
I have the same TV - Same problem. My TV was replaced twice by Dell while it was under warranty. When I contacted the out-of- warranty contractor for Dell, Jabil, I was advised by a tech that Jabil no longer repairs this tv and added this is a common problem w/this TV. He further advised that 98% of the time, it was the result of fuzes f1 and f2 on the inverter board "blowing". If you can't find a local shop to replace these fuzes, plan B would be to send it to a repair center in Ohio, name unrecalled, 800 941-4478. Personally, as this seems to be a recurring problem w/this tv, I'm going to cut my losses and get a name brand
