How do I clear memory on my CVS blood pressure monitor KD533?

Unfortunately there is no information on that monitor. Try removing the batteries for an hour, or even overnight.

How do I inflate my blood pressure device it is a CVS model BM 35

Here is a link to the manual. You simply put on the cuff, then press the POWER ON button to take the reading. The cuff should inflate automatically and take the measurement. If it is not working properly, ensure that the batteries are correctly installed and that they are not depleted.

Press Set Time/.Date button and hold down for several seconds. When you let go number - year - will start flashing. Use MEMORY button slowly to correct year. Push Set Time/Date button to set year. Next number will be month - same process. Then date - same process. Then time beginning at midnight using 12 hour clock - same process.
