Question about Dishwashers
I little more information is needed to get specific, like model number and what is actually happening. But the basics need to be covered like:
Check the circuit breaker on the panel to see if the circuit breaker is on and working
Move the on/off switch to see if there are mechanical problems with the switch itself
Read the manual for specific things that you can do to get your dishwasher to start
Make sure that the door is closing properly and the door lock is working properly
Check the bottom of the dishwasher to make sure that nothing has fallen out of the lower rack into the tub and gotten onto the heating element or jamming the float
