Ok because this is already a Legacy printer from Lexmark and they never created a software that will work for Vista , that's why its not listed there...

How can I set the number of rings on our Panasonic KX-DT333 so that when on night mode (or away mode) it rings 2 or 3 times before the answering machine picks up? Currently it rings around 10 times.

it's best to have your local panasonic dealer/serviceman do it, because it will require you to know the installer programming password which the installer sets, and it requires you to know the inbound call paths so you set the correct timer (all very simple if you have a computer hooked up and own the programming software, but a pain if you are trying to program through a phone)

Change the extension name? For examlple change from 109 to 122

Is that a name or a number?

Extension numbering and name are in system programming and that's a function of whatever system you have, not the phone. Generally, it's in system program 003 and 004 for number and name respectively.

In number change, most Pana systems require you to change one extension to a number not being used. In a TA-x24, the numbers are still assigned in software to 124, so you would change 109 to something out of the universe like 133, then change 122 to 109 and 133 to 122 :-)

If you have voice mail you may have to manually assign it via the owner's mailbox 999 or from the maintenance console or hyperterm.

How do u work a rca office telephone

RCA & GEt offers a handy 4 line business phone that's perfect for most small businesses. Have up to 8 lines by stacking 2 sets of phones on your desk. It's easy to setup because it doesn't require any special phone control center or software. Just hook them up like any other 1 line or 2 line phones system and your business is ready to go. You'll have up to 8 phone lines with the ability to place calls on hold, transfer, conferencing, hands free speakerphone and much more

How do i pre-set an area code so i don't have to dial it every time? The office uses the panasonic kx-t7420 phones. Thanks

What phone system are you using? we will need to know the exact PBX or KSU to help. If your phone is a 7420 could be on a number of units, you will also need a 7430, 7453 or other display phone to program. In some cases this may not be an option or could require programming software by your vender to make work.
Reply and we can take this the next step.

Only one phone will dial a number...

Most multi-handset systems require 'registration' of the rest of the handsets otherwise the system doesn't know how many stations are in use for intercom and conference purposes.  Check your instructions for how to do this on your system.
Checking 'voice mail' can differ from one system to another; this can be a function of your local telephone service and would require 'caller ID' service being active, in other systems, this just gives you remote access to your answering machine (ours does that).
If the software is logical, choosing the 'Menu' should give you the chance to listen to messages from any handset once they are registered on the system.
