You will need to use either the SONY Connect Player latest version is v1.0.04.16100

OR

You can also use the SONY SonicStage latest version is 4.3.01.14050

Both are available here in this ATRAC Tools download Sonicstage is a webinstaller included are the older v3.4 and the latest v4.3 also the DRM OMG Status v1.0.exe file yo check to see if your digital rights management is working OK.
