MY PORTABLE DVD PLAYER,(BRAND VENTURER)STOP WORKING AFTER I PLUG IT INTO A 24VOLT CIGARETTE LIGTHER SOCKET,I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE,WHEN EVER I TRY TURNING IT ON,THE CHARGE LIGHT FLASHES 3 TIMES THAT ALL,WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE PROBLEM,IWOULD LIKE TO REPAIR SAME
