Wireless mouse not working

  • Mouse quit working all of a sudden, we changed the batteries, checked the program the computer still recognizes it, but the light is not on and my husband is whining, can you help?
Mouse will not work on any other computer either.

    Targus Mouse AMW15US just stopped working ,changed batteries but still nothing happening on the mouse , the reciever does flash when inserted into the USB port

    My genius traveler 600 mouse has just stopped working. Batteries are new, I've hit the connect button on the back, and the button on the toggle. Any ideas?

I worked this out last night! Click the button on the top of the dongle and the connect button on the back of the mouse at the same time and it works.

Have you tried a different USB port for the dongle. Also, try resetting the channel. On my Genius Traveler 600 there's a button under the mouse.

Please refresh the wireless connection
in order to do so please press and hold down the connect button at the bottom of the mouse and the connect button on the receiver together and release both the buttons together.
this should referesh the wireless connection.

The first thing I would check is the battery. If the battery is OK, pull the wireless mouse adapter and reinsert it with the computer on to force the reinstallation. The mouse should be recognized.

Does the mouse and/or keyboard have a "connect" button on the bottom of either? Try restarting your PC, then, if you have installed new batteries, and the mouse/keyboard is still not connected, try the "Connect" button if any.

Wireless mouse not responding. Can you help??
Specs say keyboard has 2 AA batteries and the mouse has 2 AAA batteries. Try sliding off half of the top of the mouse to replace the batteries.

I think that you are right, please check the manufacturing date of the mouse if one year has been passed that means it is ture.please also try to check your mouse after changing all the batteries of your wireless mouse.
