NEED NOZZEL PROTECTORS

I have a Mastercraft Brad nailer 57-7900-2 (electric)

I need what they call nozzel protectors, that keep the machine from marring the wood. (plastic foot)

Where do I go to get this small part? Can you help me? It would be great if you could just put me on to where to go cause Canadian tire say they do not have any in there stores???

I have the same unit and it came with 2 spares but after loaning it out a few times I no longer have any.  I think it is sad that Canadian Tire sells a product in a Mastercraft case etc and doesn't carry any spare parts or know where I can order them.

Is there an adjustment setting for different powers? Maybe you need to increase the power that the nail is being put in with.

Can the mastercraft 2 inch brad nailer take passload 2 inch FINISH nails?

paslode, yes in the right gauge/thickness. Be sure and don't buy too thick. They work better than the off brands. Hilti is another awesome brand.

How much nails for tre300

Hi!
The Stanley TRE 300 is an electric stapler/nailer.
It will accept 1/4" 5/16", 3/8", 1/2" & 9/16" staples and 1/2" & 5/8" brad nails. How much? Depending on the size of nails or staples.
BTW it's a great little machine :)

Mastercraft brad nailer model 57-7900-2 5/8" - 2"

No experience of Mastercraft brad nailers but if fires with out depressing nose tool is dangerous and should be returned to manufacturer. Dewalt make battery powered brad guns and recently produced a battery framing nailer. I would not say that other nail guns are exactly cheap if they are beware they may not be up to the pressures excerted on the whilst firing.

My Task Force electric brad nailer is jammed.

Brad nailers typically jam for one of two reasons, a misaligned or bent brad on the brad strip or a defect in the brad strip itself. Remove the brad strip in the nailer and replace with a new one. Examine the striker head first for any signs of residue keft from the jammed strip.

There are no adjustments on any electric stapler / brad nailer that I've heard of , only the pnumatics. The electric staplers/brad nailers only work well in softer woods

My mastercraft electric brad nailer stapler wont shoot out nails?

Look for a jam in the gun.Sounds like a brad is "hung up" in it, probably right at point where it feeds into the mouth of the firing point. Be sure you unplug it before you do this.

Mastercraft Brad nailer piston always fires damaging finish but nail gets randomly shot. Thought it was a indent before nail shot to indent nail since it mostley shoots nails after second shot but lately...

The dial on the top of the gun is most likely the depth adjustment for the nails, this should solve the driver damaging the work piece. Make sure the nails are the correct guage for the nailer you have.
