Question about Radio Communications
I got a pair of Zonda Bluetooth Headset. I am unable to get it to go into pairing mode, it was a gift so it was used before. My guess is that since it was paired with another phone, it just needs a 'hard reset' to get back into pairing mode. I've tried to follow the manufactures instructions, but this does nothing. It seems to only want to go into play mode, not pairing mode. As far as I can tell the set was made in Mexico and not normally sold here in the US, other than on line discounters. Any ideas would be helpful.
Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone first and then long press the button on the headset until you see the alternate blue-red light repeating and release the button quickly. Your phone will discover the headphone now withe name "ZBT1099" pair with it and If asked for the pass key in phone give "0000". You are all set!! :)

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

I had this problem and found you need to open the mouthpiece soon after the lights goes violet, otherwise the light starts to flash blue and you are too late and its time to start again.

This worked great for me... I got the headset in "pairing" mode by following these instructions. Then set my BB Curve 8350i to "discover" bluetooth devices. It discovered the headset and asked for a PIN number... one of the other articles I read said the pin was "0000" so I put that in and - PRESTO - it works

I had a problem with this also, try this.
Turn off both devices then turn on your phone.
make sure your bluetooth option is "ON" on your phone
turn on the blueant z9i
press and hold both volume buttons, while doing that, press the ANT button.
Your blueant should be flashing fast right now and your iphone should be able to find it.
complete the pairing by selecting the blueant headset on your iphone and enter the code "0000"
